Applications are invited from suitably qualified persons to fill the manager position at the Sandy Island/Oyster Bed Marine Protected Area SIOBMPA with assigned duty station in Hillsborough, Carriacou.

Under the direction of the SIOBMPA Board of Directors, the Manager will be responsible for the general management, development and administration of the organization and to co-ordinate and implement all its activities.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
A Master’s degree from a recognized university with acceptable specialization in Environmental Management, Natural Resource Management, Marine Science or Management, Natural Sciences or specialty relevant to the position with five years work experience in the field of project management or resource management;

OR

A Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university with acceptable specialization in Environmental Management, Natural Resource Management, Marine Science or Management, Natural Sciences or specialty relevant to the position with eight years work experience in the field of project management or resource management;

Salary will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
