47th Meeting of the Caribbean Food Crops Society Society
The dates, venue and themes of the 47th Meeting of the Caribbean Food Crops Society have been officially announced:

The main target will be [the] interchange of information with other specialists on the methods proposed to deal with “ Assuring Caribbean Food security in the context of climate change”

The discussions will be centred around the following thematic areas:

• Crop/Livestock Production
• Post-Harvest Technology/Agro-Processing
• Land and Water resources, Soils and Fertility management
• Marketing, Economics and Policy Issues
• Agricultural Education and Extension
• Fisheries Management
• Farmer’s Forum

The Meeting will be held from July 3rd to 9th, 2011 at the Erskine Sandiford Conference Centre in Barbados. Visit the Conference website for more information.
